A-Grades

An A-Grade machine is in "as new" condition. It is a machine that has been returned to Brother as incorrectly ordered, not required (eg.  un-opened machines returned in bulk from a "sale or return" deal) or the unit may have failed on arrival in which case the failed part is replaced by Brother. A full 12 months warranty is included. The included consumables may have been partially used, although are often still sealed. (A-Grades still qualify for most cashback and free warranty promotions, but check the individual promotions terms and conditions to be sure)
